For the service, you will need to change into our spa clothes so we can get to your neck and shoulders. We recommend wearing a top and pants rather than a romper or jumpsuit, they comfortable, relaxing clothing to help you fully unwind and enjoy your experience.

Save your hair care products – We recommend not washing your hair for at least 48 hours prior to your appointment so we are able to assess your hair and scalp needs before performing our head spa which contains cleansing elements.

We have products that are very suitable for post colouring of the hair, which can ultimately increase shine and longevity of the colour.

However to be safe we highly recommend booking in 2 weeks post colouring, or before your hair colour appointment.

We recommend waiting 2 weeks after having your hair chemically straightened or permed.

Yes, you can record yourself for a few minutes with prior permission! However, we kindly ask that you set your phone to silent mode and refrain from talking, as there may be other clients in the spa room. If possible, please place your phone to the side so you can fully enjoy the experience!

We advise against receiving our treatments for anyone in their third trimester (28 weeks +) as our treatments require you to lay flat for an extended period (60+ minutes), which may cause discomfort for both mother and baby. If you are unsure about anything, for your safety and well-being, we strongly recommend consulting with your GP before proceeding with a booking.

Our services take place with you reclined on your back, on a traditional head spa bed with a pillow for back support, along with a cozy blanket. If you prefer, we also offer a rejuvenation chair for maximum comfort—just let us know!

You can choose between a damp braid or a light blow-dry service after your session is over. We don’t do full blowouts after each service. however we do have options available for you.If you would like to be pampered that little bit extra then we do provide a dry off service as an add-on option that can be booked with the treatment at an additional cost of $25 – $35 depending on your hair length.

If you would like to forego the additional cost we can provide after-care products, dryers and brushes for you to dry and style your own hair.

We offer a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive within 10 minutes of your scheduled time, we’ll proceed with your appointment as planned. However, if you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or place you on a waiting list for the next available time slot to avoid disrupting other clients.

We highly recommend coming in for your head spa appointment in between pull-ups to avoid any damage to your hair and hair extensions.

We want all our clients to have the best possible head spa experience and hair extensions can interfere with our treatments.

Please keep in mind if you wish to proceed with hair extensions we may not be able to preform our massage or use all our scalp tools as intended.
